Warranty Claims

To File a New Warranty Claim: 

If you are filing a new warranty claim, make sure you have your invoice with you and click "Submit New Ticket" in the box to the left. You will be taken to a new page where you can enter your contact information, the information from your invoice, and tell us about the problem you are having with your furniture. Please explain where the problem is occurring as if you were standing facing your furniture and be as specific as possible. For added expediency, after you have submitted your claim, send us a copy of your invoice by emailing it to warranty@greatwhitebottling.com or faxing it to 303 565 8969 with your ticket number. If you don't have the resources to do this, you can contact the store and have them fax a copy of the invoice to us as well. We will be sure to review your claim and contact you within 2-3 business days of receiving it. 

If You Have an Existing Warranty Claim:

You can use the "Returning Customer Log-In" in the box to the left to enter your email and the password you created to view your existing claim tickets.

Our staff ensures that repairs are done correctly the first time. Once a claim has been resolved, we follow up to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the outcome. Satisfying your customers is our top priority.
