We will take your contact information, the information from your invoice, and information about the problem you are having with your furniture. For added expediency, after you have submitted your claim, send us a copy of your invoice, your email confirmation that the information we've collected is accurate and correct, and a couple pictures of the damages by emailing them to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxing them to 303-565-8969 with your assigned claim number. If you locate your invoice, you can contact the store and have them fax a copy to us.
